I really dig this Regatta 1 painting by Ado Eros. For one, it reminds me of the Friends episode where Rachel says she can’t go to the cute neighbor’s party because she’s going to a Regatta Gala. Second, it’s a gouache paint, which is my favorite [it’s like a thicker watercolor].

I think probably why I like it so much is that it’s so abstract, it could be anything….I’m not particularly fond of sailing…and it looks really cool.
