I really dig this Los Cerros Garden Artwork, by Argentinian artist Isabel de la Torre. It is digital media on paper. It’s an iPad drawing, and just WOW! It reminds me a little of the David Hockney pool paintings.

She says it is inspired by the amazing gardens of Argentine estancias parks. She likes to anchor nature to surrounding pieces of architecture. Here it is the pool, sometimes it is a window frame or the floor of a terrace.

She really wanted to capture the vivid colors of the landscape in Argentina, especially the greens and the summer flowers. I would say she succeeded.
