I really dig this The Last Dance painting by British artist, Anna McNeil. It is oil on canvas. It’s very small so you could tuck it away almost anywhere.

It perfectly captures the scene of ladies waiting for a chance at a last dance. It reminds me of a Norman Rockwell painting, only abstracted a little.

Anna says her work originates in lived experience and explores relationships; themes of intimacy, communication, identity, and implicit memory.
