I really dig this Tranquility No. 3 painting by artist, Kenyan artist, BM Bundi. Its abstract acrylic on canvas.

It is elegantly simple. He used a large brush to paint this, which seems like it would be very tranquil, very soothing. I find the process of art can definitely be therapeutic.

He is self-taught and says that he likes working with form and color. The majority of his pieces are done in, and inspired by The Great Rift Valley.
