I really dig this Red Shutters painting by English artist, Jill Ann Harper. It is oil on canvas, but looks just like a photograph. This is a scene in Amsterdam.

Jill Ann says the thing she most enjoys in Amsterdam is the beautiful architecture. She is inspired by houses. She says she is fascinated by people and she frequently wonders how they live out their lives in their houses. This particular painting is inspired by Ann Frank’s house.
