I really dig the Dial S for Sonny painting by Jim Harris. It’s oil on wood. It is so bright and captivating! The title is so intriguing. I love the texture and it looks like an abstract phone…obviously, to call Sonny.

I’m not sure who Sonny is…or where the S is to call him, but I totally dig this composition and I want to know more…or create my own story.

Jim is an American living in Japan, as such, he says he’s influenced by ancient and contemporary Japanese architecture.
