I really dig this Lay Claim print by multimedia artist, Liz Mare. I like the starkness of it. It is a digital drawing that is inspired by Bauhaus work. Simplicity is a key characteristic of the Bauhaus.
It’s very dada-esque. I love that the white circle looks like an eyeball.
This is an example of printmaking, which I’ve actually just become fascinated with TODAY. I think it’s pretty cool…and random that I would have been reading about it and then happened to pick a correlating piece without realizing it.
