I really dig this Oporto painting by Portuguese artist, Maria Pintado. It’s oil on canvas. I love the wispy orange monochrome.

It’s from the Oporto series and it looks like a lake with boats on it. The water seems to shimmer. Oporto is a large city in Portugal, also known as Porto.

It has a very calming effect and it looks abstract enough that I can make my own interpretation
