I really dig this photograph, Index (Kultur im Heim, GDR), by Micosch Holland! This is his third Coup de Coeur. The composition is stellar. I love this picture because I own, or have owned all of those items at one time. I am probably the last person in the world who still owns a turntable.

Kultur im Heim translates to Culture in the Home in German. It’s actually the name of a magazine that was published from 1956 through 1989 in East Berlin. This looks like it could be a picture straight out of it.
