I really dig this My Sake and Sashimi Platter painting by Japanese artist, Misako Chida. It is acrylic on canvas. I love the subject…Japanese food as well as the pristine abstract execution. The colors and the shapes are to die for.

I generally love Misako’s works; they are so positive and happy. This one makes me really hungry too. [It seems I am picking lots of food-related paintings]. It would go perfect in my kitchen.
