I really dig this Cornflowers painting by impressionist artist, Victoriia Popova. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen actual cornflowers before. I’ve heard of “cornflower blue eyes.”

I really like the sky and the texture of the grass. I also like the perspective. It’s almost as if she is looking up from the grass to capture her view.

This is a very calming picture. The mix of blues seem to scream serenity, if that’s possible….

This is a rare landscape picture, She usually does these great images of women and ballerinas.
