Minas Halaj is an American, from Armenia. He has been using art to creating his own world since he was young.

Girl From LALA Land is a part of the Floral Minds collection which is a combination of digital and classical media. [I’ve been digging a lot of those lately]. He mixes paint with  recycled material, such as tar and swatches of a Victorian dress in the backgrounds. He does this with a combination of graphics, sculptures, collages and figurative compositions.
