My chat with NYC Artist, Roland de Fries

Episode 222: Today I talk to German artist, Roland de Fries, who lives in NYC. I found him in the Saatchi gallery. He does installations, he draws, he paints landscapes in plein air and abstract. He teaches, he leads art walks through the museums of New York. He carries a sketchbook around with him everywhere to capture his images. We talk about learning to see.
