I really dig this Picasso Beetle painting by Bulgarian artist, Asia Djibirova. It is an original abstract oil on canvas painting. I love the striking playful nature of the composition, the reference to Picasso…it is exactly the beetle I would imagine he would paint, if he were so inclined.

I love all of Asia’s works. She is very versatile, from abstract to representational, but I think this is my favorite, just because of the name.
