I really dig this Sweet Hermes painting by German artist, Dominique Steffens. Its acrylic on cardboard with repeating desserts. She has incorporated the iconic Hermes logo in this pop art piece.

From the looks of this piece, I was originally thinking Hermes was a chocolate or candy manufacturer, but as it turns out, it is a whole department store. They do have a candy department.

She says that this artwork I was inspired by a painting by her art idol Wayne Thiebaud.
