I really dig this What is it like to REMEMBER? painting by Grace Divine. The cool abstract composition drew me in, but the title is what made me stay. I got so busy thinking of memories. I have my favorites, of course. There are also ones that I would rather get out of my head. I started to wonder why I don’t give equal time to both. Or more rationally even, why don’t I just focus on the ones I want to remember?

She calls this The experience of mind focus. I need to get on board.
