I really dig this Sunflower Seller painting by Hrachya Hakobyan, who goes by Ara. It is oil on canvas. Ara is an international traveler of art, capturing memories as he goes.

This is one of his earlier period paintings visiting one of food market open fairs in uptown Yerevan. The lady selling sunflowers appeared to be an ideal character for artistic needs and there was no doubt painting should come out well!
