I really dig this Feeling Good painting by Argentinian artist, Juan Mildenberger. It is acrylic on canvas. It is very Warhol-esque. The pleasant look on the woman’s face puts my mind at ease.

Faces are an interesting subject. Even if you don’t know the person. Especially if you don’t know the person. I mean, there’s so much there. Behind any face is a whole array of emotions, experiences, and opinions. A story in and of itself.

Juan has been creating faces for years. He quotes artist David Salle, “The human face is a visual idea worth exploring.”
