I really dig this Black Cat Portrait on a Red Background painting by Estonian artist, Lada Kholosho. Its acrylic on canvas board. I love the stark color contrast, but what I love most is the expression on the cat’s face.

Lada is an graphic designer and an illustrator who does a lot of animals. I’m more of a dog lover, myself, but I can’t resist this cat. I’ve been told I make the same look 😉 Kind of a mix between terror and intensity. [Everything usually works out ok is why I can laugh at it].
