I really dig this Growing Lace digital collage by Mirja Nuutinen. I love the concept of lace growing out of the ground, which of course it does. But I don’t normally think of it that way.

It is considered a digital collage because she mixes her photos, handmade paintings and drawings. It has a really cool effect.

I really like the composition and of course, the texture of this piece.
