I totally dig this! This is another Paul Brouns. My third, in fact. I absolutely love his mix of color and squares. It’s mathematical, yet beautiful. I always love his compositions.
This one is the outside wall of a school in The Hague in the Netherlands. The architecture pays homage to the painter Mondrian, as well as the school, itself. It’s Mondrian College. Brouns says, “When preparing the shot I noticed a young woman approaching. I waited until the moment she entered the corridor on the left. I was so lucky that the colour of her shirt matches the composition.”
