I really dig this Bumblebee on Lavender photograph by US artist, Rona Black. What a great shot of nature! The bumblebee looks like a giant. Rona wants to use her photographs to invite people to look more closely at ordinary objects and recognize how extraordinary they can be.

She has some great compositions, both abstract and literal.

I love the contrast of colors; the yellow against the complimentary lavender. It’s just stunning. This is a good-sized piece that would look great in my living room.
