I really dig this The Hug painting by Portuguese artist, Teresa Gil. She does a lot of these Hug pieces. They all have lighting bolts. This one is mixed technique on plywood.

It is almost hard to tell that there are two people here. All of her Kiss paintings use this one on one placement and I adore the flower. You can almost feel the petals drop past you.

I love the texture of the plywood and the colors she uses.
