I am really digging this Little Red Riding Hood print from Swiss illustrator and designer, Warja Lavater, who was inspired by advertising….[like ME!!]. It’s actually a page from her storybook. She did her work in the 40’s and 50’s. She actually opened a graphic design studio, where she created logos and illustrated children’s books with no words, just pictograms. [I was so enthralled with her that I bought a copy of Tell, used, on Amazon…it’s awesome!!]

I am super excited about her because of her background in design, which is what I have AND because I’m going to see an exhibit today, at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art which she is featured in. EEK!!!
