I really dig this Ashen Cat painting by modern artist, Zinaida Vysota. It is watercolor on paper. I love the composition, the tinges of purple and I just love the look of the cat.

Its the look that every pet owner can recognize… like he knows that he’s done something wrong and is dreading the consequences. He doesn’t look particularly remorseful, though.
