Sheena Smith: Jungle Girl Designs

Episode 105:  Today I talk with Sheena Smith of Jungle Girl Designs. A line of clothing and merchandise with her original art on it. The line was inspired by her son. She wanted to find a way to explain tough concepts like evolution, global warming, and nutrition to him. She figured the best way was through art. We talk about her brand, her love of teaching and learning.

Episode 84:  The MEN Gallery in NYC hosts Katerina Marcelja’s solo exhibition Krpice. “Krpice” is a Serbo-Croatian term that  translates as “rags or trifles, references a poem by Vasko Popa, “Give Me Back My Rags“.
